I've been doing handwriting analysis for several years now. It is clear to me that this was written by a white male in his mid 20's. The non creative letters means he is good with numbers and his wife is pregnant. And with it written on a Jeep signifies the writer's name also starts with the letter "J". This particular blue crayon is only used in the construction field around water.
